The scope of the present Executive Order No 1035 of 17 October 2006 on metrological control of meters used to measure the electricity consumption is expanded to include meters used as a basis for payment of consumption of electrical energy for charging electric vehicles from power outlets that are not publicly available. Norway NOR/22 (Powerful laser pointers (laser classes 3R, 3B or 4))

New provisions in Radiation Protection Regulations including: a requirement for a permit to own, possess, manufacture, import, export, use or sell powerful laser pointers in Norway. The regulations apply both to businesses and private individuals, and the regulations entail a prohibition in cases where a permit is not granted. Permits may only be granted for laser pointers that are designed, classified and labelled according to the harmonised standards EN 60825; Safety of laser products - Part 1: Equipment classification, requirements and user's guide, and NEK IEC/TR 60825; Safety of laser products - Part 8: Guidelines for the safe use of Last Date for Comments: 10/09/2014 (Texts provided by the World Trade Organization.)
